Equipment For Field Lacrosse

    
          Remember to practice!!!!

If we play in the American League we will need to conform to their equipment regulations.

• Helmet (ice hockey or  field lacrosse helmet-must be CSA approved)
• Shoulder Pads (Hockey or lacrosse)
• Arm Pads ( 3 piece or field lacrosse or hockey elbow pads)
• Kidney/rib/back pad (not mandatory-strongly recommended)
• Gloves ( Lacrosse gloves or hockey gloves with palms cut out)
• Jock (its important!!)

• Cleats    

• Mouth guard 

• Stick
